Basic Requirements
Aged 15–18.5 (LTEP) or 15–19 (STEP) at time of departure
Currently enrolled in Class 9, 10 or 11
Resident in Rotary District 3250 (Bihar or Jharkhand)
Good academic standing — no failed years
No criminal record
Medically and psychologically fit to live abroad independently
Full parental support and consent
Willingness to be an ambassador for India and Rotary
Disqualifying Factors
Currently on medication that requires continuous supervision
History of serious mental health conditions (assessed case by case)
Unwillingness to comply with Rotary rules and regulations
Lack of parental support or family instability
