Rotary Youth Exchange District 3250 is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, designed to make it easier than ever for students and families across Bihar and Jharkhand to learn about and apply for youth exchange.
The website provides comprehensive information about both the Long-Term Exchange Programme (LTEP) and Short-Term Exchange Programme (STEP), including detailed guidance on costs, key dates, eligibility and the application process.
A dedicated section for inbound students includes a guide to life in Bihar and Jharkhand, a spotlight on Jamshedpur — the primary host city — and practical information about schools, transport and student support.
The new two-stage application process allows students to submit a short Expression of Interest in minutes, with the full application available to shortlisted candidates. Host families can also apply directly through the website.
The RYE Chair commented: "We are excited to have a dedicated online home for the programme. Our hope is that this makes Rotary Youth Exchange more accessible to students and families across our district who may not yet be aware of this life-changing opportunity."
